1. What we receive
   - The text you send in the request (for scan-code: the file paths and file contents you include).
   - Your b612 license key, sent in the "x-b612-key" header.

2. What we do with it
   - Source text is analysed in memory by deterministic pattern rules and discarded when the
     response is returned. It is not written to a database, object storage, or log.
   - No large language model is involved. Your code is never sent to any AI provider.
   - Your code is never sent to any third party, and is never used to train anything.

3. License key
   - The key is hashed (SHA-256) and only the hash is sent to our license endpoint for validation.
   - The plaintext key is never stored and never written to logs.
   - Validation results are cached in memory for a few minutes to reduce lookups.

4. Logs
   - Operational logs are produced by the hosting platform (Vercel) and contain request metadata
     such as timestamp, path, status code and IP address. They do not contain request bodies,
     so they do not contain your source code.

5. Limits and accuracy
   - Findings come from deterministic pattern matching. **False positives are possible.**
     Every finding states why it is dangerous and how to fix it; the final judgement is yours.
   - "Zero findings" is reported separately from "nothing could be scanned". Never read one as the other.
   - Requests are rate limited per IP. Request bodies are limited to 4 MB.
   - Provided as is, without warranty. Not legal advice: the compliance items are checkpoints for
     your own legal review, not a certification of compliance.

6. Availability
   - No uptime guarantee is offered on the public endpoint. Contact us for a service agreement.

3. ライセンスキー
   - キーは SHA-256 でハッシュ化し、**ハッシュのみ**を照合先に送ります。
   - 平文のキーは保存せず、ログにも出力しません。
   - 照合結果は数分間だけメモリ上に保持します（照会回数を抑えるため）。

4. ログ
   - 稼働ログはホスティング（Vercel）が生成し、日時・パス・ステータス・IPアドレス等の
     メタデータを含みます。**リクエスト本文は含まれない**ため、コードは含まれません。

5. 限界と精度
   - 指摘は決定的なパターン照合の結果であり、**誤検出はあり得ます。**
     各指摘には「なぜ危険か」「直し方」を必ず添えます。最終判断は利用者側で行ってください。
   - 「検出0件」と「検査できたファイルが0件」は必ず区別して報告します。混同しないでください。
   - IP 単位のレート制限があります。リクエスト本文は 4MB までです。
   - 現状有姿で提供し、保証は付きません。**法的助言ではありません。** 法令の項目は、
     利用者自身の法務確認のための確認事項であって、適法性を保証するものではありません。

6. 可用性
   - 公開エンドポイントに稼働率の保証はありません。SLA が必要な場合はご相談ください。
